Please check the amount mentioned in the receipt before leaving the counter. Amount payable should not be in multiple of Rs.10/-. Be aware of that.

Very hopeful services due to some taxi driver for exam WB 04E 7468. To harass and misbehave with me and my family. Kindly remove this types of miscreant animal to this organization pl. Today at 1310hrs I was take a prepaid ticket from Howrah to Sealdah. The driver move whole Kolkata near about 2 hrs then he take extra money for the same. Please take necessary action

On using mobile app I was successful after many attempts on 26.03.2019. The app crashes repeatedly. Fare deducted from bank but no booking allotted in one case. The amount refunded on 20.04.2019 after much efforts, correspondences and phone calls. Fare deducted with wrong travel date and so had to cancel. But the amount not yet refunded even after 2 months. The service is very troublesome and refund experience is horrible.The whole system needs toning up and much user friendly arrangement is needed.

The staffs are very rude, they didn't return your exact change untill you asked for.. From every passenger they take Rs 3-4 extra..
