Had an awesome experience staying in this hotel. We felt like our second home. Mr. Pradhan and his wife Jenny are the most generous people I have met. They made it very comfortable for us. The food was so tasty and delicious. If anyone is visiting Kalimpong please stay in Hotel Serne point!

It was such a wonderful experience to stay at SERENE POINT in Kalimpong... Especially the hospitality i received from the owner of the place is just mind-blowing... They were the most humble hearted people i came across in the whole trip.. I stayed there for just a night... Bt they took care of me as their own son... The food was great.. The rooms are too tidy... And the morning view from the hotel is damn refreshing... If you are planning to visit KALIMPONG you must stay here... I guarantee you will love it...

I met so many people and visited so many hotels in life, but Mr. Bijoy Pradhan & his wife Jenny were the finest persons I've ever met. I can vouche there hospitality and Mrs. Jenny's hand cooked food. Will never forget them. There hotel was well decorated, fairly priced and menu items were bang for buck. I highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful experience indeed. It is managed by a great team. We had a nice room with valley View. The owner and her staff is very helpful, especially Mr Michael. A must stay place for family and friends.
