The place is nice and warm for animals,nThough the doctors are not available all the time but there are other s who will help you well.nI won't call it bad but not very good also. You can take your pets here for small issues.

They provided free service to me and I've been deeply moved in seeing them managing the whole shelter by very few staffs....
