Hotel Garden Reach

Ambience of hotel is very nice. It's furniture is all wooden. Gives very nice feel of mountain stay. It's maintained very clean. Food was nice and service is quick. Hotel gives very nice view of kanchanjungha mountain range which is 3rd highest peak of world. Staff is very cooperative.

I stayed there with my family month March 21, my overall stay was good, hotel ambiance was very nice, you can see the Kanchenjunga from the hotel roof, have a park for the children, for the maintenance of the room the management should take care before check in of the guest, my room telephone was out of order, door lock is very poor, food is good and very reasonable price, staffs are very courteous, helpful.

It is a budget hotel. They have 3 buildings - one for standard, one for delux and one super delux. We were in the delux room. The rooms are ok.nnPros:n1. Has a park inside. So kids will love it.n2. In-house kitchen. Food quality in good.n3. The staffs are helpful and proactive.nnCons:n1. Wifi didn't work for delux buildingn2. Management should check the rooms before allowing the guests in the room as we faced issues like geyser not working, room door lock not working.
