The rooms have a beautiful view. Very neat and clean rooms. The hotel staff is very humble and helpful. On our return journey, for some reason we had to start earlier than decided. The hotel staff themselves dropped us at the bus stop and waited till we got a vehicle for our return. This was not even necessary. But they were so generous. The next time I go to Kalimpong, I am definitely staying at arms.

Very good service. The staff behaviour is also very good. The view from the room is beautiful. I would like to stay in this hotel in the near future too.

The rooms were clean and very tastefully decorated with a beautiful view of Kalimpong. It was exactly the same as shared in photo. The staff were courteous and helpful. They only need to improve upon the taste of the food provided in their hotel .

I have never seen such a beautiful room and washroom in other hotels. Moreover the staffs here are very polite to their customers and serve very nicely

Homely environmentnStaffs are young cordial.nRooms with fantastic view of sunrise early in the morning and 180 degree view of the hills on eastern n southern side of KalimpongnFood prepared n served with lot of care and quantity is more than one can handlenOverall EXCELLENT hotel in the heart of kalimpong town.
