The lodge has a very nice view, the rooms are extraordinarily big for the price you pay. Heaters are available at Rs.200 per night though you won't need them as the rooms are warm enough during winters. In summers, the rooms are pretty cool as they are completely made of wood. The service is really good. The food here is fresh and tasty. If you are hesitating to choose this hotel, worry no more, this hotel is extraordinary and away from the hustle and bustle of the Kalimpong market. Moreover, the service here is of top quality considering the price you pay.

Awesome experience. Serene ambience. It used ti be the palace of The King of Bhutan and later became Kalimpong Government college which was shifted later on. Now it has become a popular tourist destination.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.nI would definitely like to recommend WBTDC Hill Top Tourist Lodge, if you are planning to stay in Kalimpong. It's a vintage property, located at one of the topmost points of the city.nThe accommodation and the quality of the service is at par with that of any 5 star hotel. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful.

Very nice lodge to stay at. Quiet and peaceful surroundings ,clean air to breathe. Manager and staffs and we'll behaved. Excellent food. If anyone is visiting Kalimpong, hill top resort is a top recommendation.

The property is a delight itself... With architecture dating to British period, the main building is beautifully maintained.. the 6bedded rooms which we booked was equally awesome, with all the aminities...
