Hotel was very good when it comes to hygiene and staff is very very helpful. I wud recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a budget stay and cleanliness, hygiene, good staff service, beautiful scenic view from the room's window. If u stay in a room with no balcony or window facing lake view it will cheaper.Hotel has a common balcony from where u can view the lake & capture the beautiful pictures from there.

Its a very bad place to live. Its located on a very top place with zero chance of getting the transport up the hill. The rooms are okay. But to reach the place is a biggest task and would not recommend to visit. We asked for 3 rooms and when we reached the reception was being very unresponsive and ill mannered. I would not suggest the rooms. But if u can manage walking on a steep hill then place is okay

best and fast room services...... and rooms are awsm with good cleanliness...... receptionist and staff are very cooperative..... best rooms at low budget..... i have gone through many other hotels in Nainital but this hotel is far better than others....

Overall experience is excellent. Hotel Staff is very polite and friendly. Morning tea was excellent.

The staff was descent , very much friendly , safe as well even best for couples, kitchen services are also very nice and decent pricing , which taste awesome, and must try tea! It is excellent !
