Behaviour of owner is awesome...the place is quite far from the main nainital lake or mall road...also the property is not at all safe at night as we saw leopard when we reached this property @ 3:30 AM...!!

Naina Greens is located near about 3 kms from mall road. Situated at the top of a small hill and it provides good scenic view.The owner of this place is very polite and helpful. The staff Pandey Ji is extremely well behaved and will take care of all ur needs. Over all the best things about this hotel the food quality is very good, affordable and very tasty and they also provide your region food.Overall the hotel is best in Nainital for Bengali .

We stayed there in month of April'19. Location is on some height so weather is cooler than mall road and peaceful. You have to take taxi every time to reach hotel (per trip 150 when provided by hotel) but to down from there you can take a short cut on foot to save the money, which take aprx. 20-30 minutes up to Mall road. Hotel staff is cooperative to show you the way. Room telecom is not available so you have to go down every time you need something. Food is delicious at reasonable cost. To see the rent, provided services are appropriate.
