Okay complex with few good shops

It's newly made property by administration of nainital. On top there a bus stand and ground floor are use as a shopping complex. There 24 shops. But only some shops are open daily. One shop here named T-hot cool & spaice are always open run by Mr Pawan Kumar. There you have tea, cold drinks, ice cream, namkeens, etc . In this complex one mobile​ repair shop. One travel office. Clothes shop.
