Just a ground close to market with a security hut where one can park car. The place lacks proper signage and markings. Given the basic level of arrangements rates of parking are bit high. The benefits of parking is ease of access to main market areas of Haldwani.

Good behaviour of staff. area is sufficient however it becomes full packed during summer season and festivals.
