Small railway station. Being a biggest revenue generating temple of Kerala, need more trains and facilities. A train direct via Palakkad town to Chennai Central will generate good revenue

Simple and clean railway station; not far away from famous Guruvayur temple. You can enjoy village atmosphere. There are a lot of transport facility from station entrance to reach desired places.. There are only three platforms available and less frequent trains. Easy to access thrissur from here.nnI wonder..nHere also available retiring room and clock room facility so utilize ppls those who travel from far distance for dharshan and other works.

This Railway Station which was built primarily for pilgrims visiting Sree Krishna Temple, still runs very limited schedule. Being a small railway station, there is no accommodation facilities and free WiFi. Cleanliness of the station is good. Govt should take concrete steps to introduce more trains.
