Amazing hotel and Staff.nGood points:n1- Room service is super duper quick. I guarantee that you have not seen such fast room service in any of the hotel. For room service it's above 5 star ⭐n2. Rooms are good, clean and big. It's also has great painting inside the room. You will love the ambience of the room.n3. Staff is super helpfull. They are always there to help you out in any thing.nnThings need to improve:n1- In Buffet you don't have plenty of option, must increase dishes in buffet.nnBad thing:n1 - It has only one bad thing which is there parking and to reach to the hotel.nIt's almost 70 degree road to reach the hotel. If you are a new driver or not so trained and if you are first time hill driver, I guarantee you that you will never ever will make to the hotel. Road are super slippery, so if you are new driver then please park your car in common parking area.n2- If you accompanied by any old people then it's very difficult or next to impossible for them to reach to the hotel on foot. It's very very difficult.

Unbeatable view and staff.nThe management will take care of everything and will go out of the way to help you out.nBreakfast is amazing.nRoom service food is 5 star.nnWill recommend getting lake view rooms on the top floor.nYou will be amazed.nLocation and view from the hotel is very very good.

Great location, superb view of the mountain and partial view of the lake from ground floor. Food was good. Staff supportive apart from night front desk receptionist. Toilets could be improved.

Nice hotel with cooperative staff...prices on a bit higher side...very steep narrow slope to reach the hotel

We stayed at seasons hotel nainital from 26th to 29march and the stay was comfortable. The hotel is small with only 25 rooms, hence booked round the year. We got one of the best rooms 203, with a lovely view of hills and the naini lake. Only concern were monkeys and langoors, which used balconies as bridge for crossing from one end to other. Hence as soon as you get comfortable in balcony, you will find one of these staring at you upclose and you have to rush inside.nBuffet breakfast was limited but good. We had Buffet dinner and the preparation was good. Nainital is really short of good hotels considering it's cold weather. Hence this hotel fills the gap nicely. Rooms felt cozy at cold nights. One of the staff at reception named Harish was very polite and helpful and deserves special mention. The hotel is worth staying if you visit Nainital, considering its proximity to mall road. I even went for morning walk to Thandi sadak and it was quite peaceful there.Though the climb to hotel is really steep for cars and even for old people, but one can give a try once a day if fit enough. The driver Kishan for pickup and drop is really an excellent driver. The small garden serves its purpose well for outdoor seating and the small terrace is also a delight with a TT table and carrom board.All in all worth staying.
