very bad experience. traveling in summer, there was barely any AC. i was sweating the entire night. no blanket or lights in the cabin. very hard beds. wouldn't stop for toilet breaks. and worst of all, dropped us two hours late.

Good travel experience. Comfortable seats and friendly staff. Stringent with rules. Gave ample breaks but still arrived on time
