Worst staffs I have met ever in my life.Each and every staffs are treating the customers as some beggers coming infront of them to beg...Expecially the first 2 staffs who attend the counter where the customer place an order.They are simply enjoying music in headphones while customer ask for a simple product.They will simply say its outoff stock even without checking the stock and make us waited for a couple of hours...nThe main thing to remember is don't go there for a private purchase without a mechanic or workshop dealer who have commission contract with them.If anyone go so its simply wastage of couple of hours of time.No use at all.you dont get any spare parts.nnEach and every customer visit there will think of complain about the staffs.But towards whom??? Very irresponsible management....nnNot at all suitable customer relationship expecting from a reputed pvt firm..Total disappointed..Same experience from 3 to 4 times visit.
