Best movie experience in Bilaspur. Team has been doing fantastic job keeping the whole place extremely clean, all services are available and well maintained. During pandemic i have visited this place more than 4 times now, And everytime staff has been great, Everything is sanitized,lounge area is clean too, Very polite staff. Definitely gonna visit again !

Online ticket-Rs 100 or 150, same ticket in pvr mall counter minimum price Rs 250(combo). Reason told Management tie up with popcorn sales business .I never seen this type of mangement in pvr malls in india. In this place no value for customer money...

I visited to watch roohi post covid opening... when I reached ticket window they offered me ticket price @ 240, 250 and 300 I said I wanted a center corner seats and opened book my show to tell which seat numbers to book and to sudden surprise it offered me a rate of 150 asking the authorities as to why their is a difference of RS. 100 they told me food voucher is included but they didn't told me the first time this I think is highly unprofessional as in the first instance they should tell the same. Moreover when I ask them I didn't want a food voucher they told me that ticket won't be issued without food voucher when I contacted higher authorities then they agreed to give ticket.nHIGHLY UNPOFESSIONAL TEAM PVR ...

It was impromptu that all of us agreed to go for a movie. I must say the overall appeal and cleanliness was top notch and watching a movie was a delight.. no complaints whatsoever. Even the security personal at screening was very courteous.The PVR chain of cinemas is known for its pricing, and the Cinema is conveniently located for moviegoers. With on time show screenings, comfortable seats and a decent amount of legroom, it's worth visiting the multiplex to catch a movie quite often. The only downside is the pricing on the food and beverage selection available at the counters, despite the fact that they do serve at your seat.
