In our country we see doctors near to God but here this thing don't apply so much arrogance sir bahut doctor hai India m aap Akela Nahi ho Kam se Kam talk nicely to patients their come to you because of some problem and you treat as if their are fool sitting in front of you and u can speak anything u want.

I just want to suggest this doctor to first learn himself some good manners and then teach others and advice him to improve his behaviour and way of talking to the patients.

I wish there is a negative star to give to this clinic. I use to think he is the only doctor of Rheumatoid arthritis in bilaspur but i was wrong, there are doctors who are good and with good behaviour.nThe doctor here is rude and thinks he can say whatever he wants to, I don't question his practice of medicine but really a immature person. Staff is really incompetent or i will say they also suffer from the rude behaviour of doctor, i feel sorry for them. My recommendation to you reading this is please don't go there, there are better and cost effective options available in bilaspur.

I hate to give a negative review but in this case I do not have any other option but to write a detailed review, negative of course. There is no way any one can find any kind of positivity about this clinic. I agree with all the 17 reviewers who pointed out the rude behavior of the staff and cannot comprehend the couple of somewhat positive reviews by some people.nnThis place is full of negativity. You will feel that all the time right from when you enter, get consultation, and leave. The building is located in a cul-de-sac and once you enter you have to get in to the parking of another building to reverse if you are in a car. The clinic's ground floor parking is too congested to get any small vehicle inside and out. You will get a first dose of the attitude of the staff right here in the parking lot.nnWhen you ask for an appointment over telephone you are asked report to the clinic at a particular time in the morning. To your utter surprise you will find that the entire waiting room is filled with patients. The “only rheumatologist” in Bilaspur arrives only after the arrival of all the expected patients who asked for appointment on that day. He starts with the first patient reported and if by any chance you arrive last you will be called for consultation only last, of course. This simply means that you may have to wait, in slippery steel chairs, for at least two to four hours in the clinic. They could easily reduce the waiting time by calling patients at specific time slots. As you are aware, by this time, that the privately practicing doctors in this part of the world are known to be corrupt, uncontrolled and therefore consultation and test charges are exorbitant.nnWhile the staff manning the reception are naturally rude and you expect that the staff nurse to be better but alas that is not to be the case. Almost all the staff have such a repulsive negative attitude that you get a sick feeling just speaking with the staff, forget about the rheumatologist who assumes that anyone who comes to his clinic for pain relief is basically arthritic. I suspect that the blood test results they churn out in their internal laboratory is tuned to prove that the pain the patient is experiencing is only due to rheumatism. Yes, there cannot be anything else but arthritis if you reach this clinic complaining of pain in any part of the body.nnPain, of course, is relieved with the help of high doses of drugs for longer duration. Pain killers are the standard prescription to patients who are not able to differentiate between normal acceptable levels of pain and the pain that can only be controlled with drugs leading to further complications. Do not expect your treatment to be short and sweet and please do not expect that there will be a permanent cure. The rheumatologist shall not take any responsibility for cure but always tries to find issues to put the blame on the patient. Numerous printed instructions are put up at various places in the premises, including the doctor’s chamber, for the patients to strictly follow. The notice at the counter of the pharmacy will take your breath away.nnThe printed notice at pharmacy counter says that the patient is free to purchase prescribed medicine from anywhere in the world (yes, literally) but if the patient decides to buy medicine from other places, where he may get at lower cost, the doctor shall not guarantee any results, of course. You may ask, can’t you find at least one positive thing about the place. I am still searching for that after about 8 months of treatment for my wife.
