We ordered a butterscotch cake for my aunt in Mumbai who had her 80th birthday recently. She was delighted with it. Delivery was in time, the cake was as per the picture and yummy too, and it was so easy to order from Sydney. Thank you.

It was awesome experience with Kusum Flora. As I stay out of bilaspur I booked red roses on call and it got delivered before the expected time. Roses were fresh and beautiful. Extremely happy with the service.

No customer service at all worst service experience with kusum flora I ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday but they didn't deliver in time and roses were not fresh

Very bad experience! Especially on the Valentine's day. Recommending everyone do not go on their what's app images for any reference. It's of no use.nI specifically gave the instructions to make a multi-flower bouquet with chocolates and greeting!nDelivery was fine. But, after my person received it, I asked for the pictures and I was upset. Not up to expectations.nThe person on the phone does not even have the manners to talk with the client.nI don't need the money which is paid but at least complete the task sincerely. It's your responsibility.nThat is why people trust you with it.
