I had very amazing experience here. I wanted to buy an electric water heater. After few hours survey in market I visited this shop, and found they have same product available in significantly low rate. I bought Bajaj water heater immediately.nUnfortunately it happened that after coming back to new residential place, I found out there is no 'in & out' pipe for water. I didn't even noticed it before buying, I took it as granted that it will be pipe outlets will be there. After finding this out, I rushed back to this shop, and owner refunded me full amount without even having a second thought. I was so overwhelmed by this gesture. This is really great to know that there are business people like this out there who are sensible and ethical in doing business. Respect!nnWe often come forward very easily to point out bad things, but I think it is more important to appreciate a good deed. People like this must flourish!
