Wrist service - On 26-09-2016 I booked a ticket for Tirupati to Hyd, service no. VL177 was break down at the starting point and there no any information and alternative arrangements for the passengers.. We struggled so much. I suggested with my experience please book in Govt. transport like Garuda, Amaravati, if any thing happened like that they will provide alternatives...
