My first experience here was just amazing... Lavanya sis was really awesome she took care of the trainees so much... Very good area as well... I lost for 4 kgs in a month... she's so supportive for trainees

This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. the gym trainer is very polite , patience and energetic.trust me i lose 12 kilos weight in two months,the place is good in the town.and especially its meant for only ladies, the trainer is good at aerobics ab exercise and special care on weight reduction program my recommendation is this is a better place for ladies in our town...

A great place to workout! Loved the time I spent there.nnLavanya aunty is so sweet and friendly. She takes personal care and helps out with the equipments and workouts. She taught me an excellent combination of abs, arms and core body workouts.nShe is very experienced and knows which set of workouts would suit us the best. She is encouraging and motivating and made the gym experience a lot of fun for me!nnEvery session was intense and I could see my body change a lot in those 2 months. Would definitely recommend this place to all the ladies out there.
