Worest service,this is my own experience ,I have order roasted fried rice at 8:40 PM .When you ask about order status they said order will come in 10 min (at 9:30 PM)..nnI have asked my order status at 9:45PM,they said ,simply very sorry sir..your given item is not available.nnFinally I came out with hungry stomach with angryness.nnMy suggestion is dont go to suprabath because of very bad service

One of the baddest experience I ever had in recent times. I went there couple of years back and it was really good at that time. So I had my expectations and went there.nnFirst, we are 4 people. When we entered into the restaurant, they asked us to sit in a room(even though the front area is free) which is next to kitchen. The room ambience is really bad. You won't feel like you are sitting in a nice restaurant. You can hear resound when people are talking. It's really irritating.nnSecond, even the Bowls, spoons are in bad shape. I don't want to talk about table cloth. It's really dirty.nnThird, the food is not at all good. We ordered Bhimavaram chicken, chicken munchurian and special chicken biryani. Bhimavaram chicken, when I saw this name, I was expecting some spicy chicken in local cooking style. But, it is is overly covered with corn flour and you can't feel the taste of the chicken. Chicken manchurian was really bad. It's completely dry and bit tough to chew. Special chicken biryani was not at all like biryani. It does not have any qualities of biryani. It's just some coloured masala rice with chicken curry. That's it.nnThe only item that we liked is seafood soup which is really good.nnBye bye suprabhat. Will never visit this place again.
