Smile Dental Hospital and Facial Surgery Center

I don't want to rate this hospital at all. It don't deserve any ratings for the treatment I got there.nI had my root canal done in a different hospital at bhimavaram in 2009. December 2020 my cap have fallen and I went to this wife and husband doctor duo as two of my friends suggested this clinic. The lady doctor just hurried up. She said the same cap can be fixed and she just applied a very tiny cement paste and sent me home. That night cement came out of the tooth. I went to clinic next day and she re applied the same tiny amount of cement. She tried to blame me as I brushed hard and ate hard things. (My cement came off within two hours of her treatment) And it again started coming off everyday and in jan 2021 it came off completely. I don't want to go to this hospital again. They know the work and have talent but they won't apply it to patients. They see only the number of patients they have. No genuine treatment at all. They don't talk to patients and know their issues about why they have come there. They hardly spend 3 or 5 min on one patient irrespective of the complaint they have. The doctor don't even check the cement after applying. She simply ran to other patients. My friends know them very closely and they told me the treatment they received was good as they were friends.But I see a lot of failed treatment here. I wonder why they don't treat every patient in the same way. May be this clinic provide genuine treatment only to known persons/ friends for them.nPlease don't prefer this clinic unless you are known to those doctors.

I have gone through root canal treatment in this hospital exactly 2 yrs ago. They have suggested to do the root canal treatment 3 tooth, and they have charged INR 8000 (for root canal process and 3caps). But unfortunately all the 3 caps were removed and now struggling with ache in chewgums.nThis is the treatment process in smile and exactly within 2 years all the process and 8000 went in vain.nnSo please I strongly recommend patients not to go to this hospital.nnFor a glimpse of proof, I have added the photos, please do check in photos column.

Bad experience....Worst hospital in Bhimavaram .... Doctor was very rude and she don't know how to speak with patient s ...the staff was not good... Very costly hospital compare to others

I was almost Cheated here !!! The cost of the treatment was real high. I visited this place to get my sensitivity treated. I had problem in couple of tooth in my right side. Dr. Suggested to go for filling and later she said I have to get 9 tooth filled and each one costs 400 bucks. Its not actually filling, just covering the place which was exposed out, as my gums shrunk. The filling was just done in 10 minutes and not properly done. The small amount of cement which is placed, is almost coming out. The next day I visited to get checked and she said everything looks good. However today is 4 day and almost the cement is started coming out. I am completely dissatisfied.

Visited this place after suffering from bad history of treatments ... excellent hospital.. very hygienic... The doctors are very good and explained All the treatment options...treated my problem from the root cause.. I'm finally so happy and relieved after years of suffering
