Bommuru Bus Stop is very small because Bommuru is very small village on National Highway No. 16. This is located nearby to Rajahmundry town and the residents of this Bommuru people goes to Rajahmundry to purchase their home needs, because of lack of eminities in this village.

Bommuru has a history along with Rajamahendravaram. Not just a request bus stop. It is now a booming education hub, with Government Polytechnic, Mahila Pranganam, One Government high school and two private high schools and One corporate school, Sri Potti Sri Ramulu Telugu University, National Academy of Construction etc. There are over 5000 families residing in Bommuru. Real estate business is flourishing with a land value of about Rs 25,000/- per Square Yard , in prime localities. It is the place where the famous Horlicks factory (GlaxoSmithKline) is. Bommuru is just 2 kilometres from Rajamahendravaram railway station and has hundreds of acres of cultivating lands. World famous artist, Sri Damerla Rama Rao has drawn a painting called Bommuru. It's the most happening place around Rajamahendravaram.
