Too crowded attender is more powerful than doctor. Need to wait for long hours even if it is an infant of less than 6 months. Some time doctor will take long breaks for hours in between consultation. Patients need to turn for their token, once went outside for tea/washroom and turn got missed attender will not allow if u r polite I have seen people arguing with him will be allowed and poor people need to wait again for their second round . Have scope for improvement to manage the crowd, but doctor seems to be not bothered about the same. As there is not much alternatives available in Palakkad kids need to suffer.
