Nowadays people are seems to be depressed, full of anxieties as everyone is busy with their works , studies and all. People always do care about the physical health but what ifs our mental health is getting worse. We should'nt neglect our mental health as it is important to keep it healthy and for that give atleast 1 hr from your busy schedule for meditation. Meditation is important in daily life schedule. It strengthen us, increase the will power, increase wisdom and makes people calm and serene. For that you have to find a suitable environment at your place or if you can't be able to make a suitable place at your house this meditation centre is the best place over Nalbari to meditate and keep your mental health powerful. I just love the place. I sometimes used to meditate over their its so serene.
