I had a very bad experience in Mousumi Hospital,I called their receptionist for an enquiry but they are totally unprofessional they don't have the courtesy to speak over phone.Very Rude.

Must upgrade with time. To survive market and serve people. Healthcare needs a huge lot of improvement in silchar and the onus is on hospitals that are performing average or below average. The big hospitals are upgrading but even they are still falling short. Hence its a collective responsibility. I wish the management of this hospital all the best in achieving their goals.
