Very good gym with top class instruments, all the instruments are upgraded/repaired time to time, trainer is also very friendly and helpful...but there is no Air Conditioning as written outside....

One of the best gym I found in silchar Assam,happy to trained myself In this place so many variety of equipments most of it top end model nothing I want to say now just wanted to say thank you to the owner of this gym. I highly will recommend of this gym.

Worst gym I’ve ever seen.nPersonal trainer is so rude and knows no manners while talking to others.nGym has no mat or maintenance.nIn morning gym smells like rotten socks full of dead animals.
