Om Sai Gym (OSG)

The only gym that I liked in silchar. The gym is fully equipped with machines and trainers are also very helpful.

Alert Friends! This instructors in this gym are extremely rude in their behavior towards women and shows no respect to women. The instructors (particularly Rahul & Sharif) feel no shame in insulting their women clients in public. Even after repeatedly complaining to the owner, the authority pays no attention to such matters and behaves more arrogantly with their women clients in front of everyone. Rahul & Sharif are so much indecent that they feel no shame when they verbally abuse the women trainees. The owner of the gym takes no action against the instructors. As per rule, the owner should either change such instructors or train them properly regarding how to behave with women. But the owner is silent in this regard even after repeated complaints. And moreover, the moment the instructor comes to know regarding the complaint that has been made against them, they start non-cooperating with that particular women client and do not help her in gym related matters anyway. It leads to humiliation of a women's ego and dignity. There are many senior ladies in the gym too, but instructor Sarit and Rahul are extremely inhuman and they even shout in public. I wonder how come these instructors dare doing so. Do they not feel any shame and fear, if their women clients take the matter to police or lodge an FIR? The owner should see these matters neutrally and check CCTV footages to properly judge the matter before it is too late. Otherwise, one day Police will come to shut down their institute completely. The owner should hear the complaints individually and take actions accordingly, because it is a matter of reputation of the institute. Due to the owner's lack of sincerity and extreme disrespect towards women, many such women are forced to stay away from the institute.

Very professional and nice environment. They have a range of all necessary equipments.

The gym is too good !!! and specially all the trainers are very knowledgeable. Also, they have fitness equipment for all body parts.
