It's a 2nd Airlines Office in Rangpur. Adjacent of Rangpur Check Post More and Dhap City Bazaar. Well Decorated Office. Its Employees are very Comparative to Passenger. I strongly Recommend the Fly with Novo Air Bangladesh.

I love their sincerity and helpfulness while purchasing ticket from them. But they should improve micro bus service. The driver of the bus was not responsible. He wasted more than 30 minutes back and forth. We almost missed the plane. However, the authority should be concerned with timely delivery to the airport via microbus.
