Infrastructure is good..

About my experience- if you known to them,they are very good to you....if you don't, don't expect good service from them..I will say the new staff's are really not up to the mark compare to previous staff's..even though...its a private bank they will scream at you.......n▶19/09/2018nonce again Bad behavior No changes at all, Axis bank Hell to your Branch. If you are investing in this branch they were like ohh sir sir. if not then going there is jus waste.Why you guy's are so rude.Yeah one more thing I noticed there if you known to them they will be like yes sir sir. if not then don't expect good behavior from them.Tell me one thing you guy's are feeding us ha you guy's.You are jus managing our money you are manager of us and we are the owner mind that.I went there for some documents of my mother he ask me for investment he showed me my mother documents on his computer then i asked for statement they were ready to give me that time but when i didn't reply for the investment thing then at certain moment he refuse to give me my mother documents even though i told them i will write a letter i will show you my ID,i know they wont issue to me for security reason i understand. But my question is when he was breifing me the policy they were ready to give me the statements and when i refuse to do any investment they didn't gave me the statement why. And yeah one more if they know you & even though he doesn't belong to the relavant document they will give you the document. Or if a rawadi person will arrive to them they will give because they know them what the hell . why this service is like that, treat every person equally .I am not bother about documents the thing is your behavior.For the next time i am not going to do any of the investment and i will be the happiest person to close all my family accounts, i know that doesn't effect your bank at all but when it comes to our own pride then pride comes first.There are lots of bank.Worst experience ever comapre to all the bank.You guy's are way beyond than state bank also in case of your behavior .
