Me and my 2 friends were looking for a trip to halong bay we went to a few different places and she was the only person who wasn’t pushy. She was very friendly and gave us the best price. She messaged us to make sure we had the best time. She also helped us get the best prices for overnight buses. We were all very happy with our trips and experience would definitely use her again and recommend.

At Lily's they will set you up with any sort of travel plan you like. Friendly and helpful staff. It's best to go with an idea of what you want to see and accomplish. Ensure you have an idea of what your budget is and don't be afraid to request different accommodations than what they first suggest.

Based on other positive reviews, we sought out Lily to help us book a 2-night cruise to Halong Bay. She listened to our needs, our budget, and our timeline, and she didn't use pressure tactics. Because we were booking it the evening before we wanted to leave, the more desirable cruises were all booked up. Tim was very honest in telling us upfront that it would not be as nice as the promotion book / website made it out to be. He set our expectations correctly! When we got to the cruise, it seemed as if we were the only ones with correct expectations, as many of our co-travelers were unpleasantly surprised. It was an average cruise in a beautiful setting, so in all it was a fine trip. But the moral of this story is that we were very happy with Lily, and would definitely work with her again.

Lily and her staff are absolutely fantastic!! I cannot say enough good things about them. This is the place to go if you're in Hanoi and looking to take some day trips or just a bus to another city. I went back to her agency several times to book a Halong Bay cruise, get bus tickets, and get advice.. She and her employees are very friendly and helpful and remember their customers. They aren't pushy at all and don't make you buy any of their packages. I sat in the office for a long time looking over the information and doing research and they didn't mind at all. They are all lovely and the best at what they do!!

Honest Advice ! Lily’s have been great with us before we came to Vietnam and since we arrived. They are very accommodating and welcomed us with cold water and snacks. They explain all the trips very clearly and give great and honest advice as what to expect for what you spend. I would definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you Lily’s travel.
