I buyed a Orient Ceiling Fan from this shop on 27th November 2020 Friday. On 28th a electrician who living near to my home assemble the fan and attached this fan on the ceiling. After switch on the fan works like a old model fan that has huge noice. I suddenly contact the light house and they told to me that bring back the leafs of the fan to their shop. I says to them that electrician are not there in my home. They respond to me that they will arrange service immediately. 2 days passed away no service executives came to my home. I call once more to Light House, they are saying that service executive will come to my home. One week passed away no one came to my home. At last i call to Orient Customer Care. They pickup my call and they arranged a service executive. The service executive came to my home and check the fan. The two leafs of fan are complained. The service executive changed those complaint leafs and now fan works very nicely. The Light house are not responsible when we buyed a electronic item from them.
