It was my fault to open an account with this bank. The employees here do not work well. It is very useless....nI would request ICIC Bank to change the manager and deputy manager here. Otherwise the people here are very upset with this bank.

Hi , Today I visited in this branch ,this is my home branch regarding to the Account no. XXXXX7373. The branch manager said to me you need to close this account , i said but why ?? Because AC is freeze, that's not good..
If you go to this bank to do full KYC, then your PAN card will not be accepted by Aadhaar card and employees will be forced to open their account by paying 15000 ₹ 20000.
The era of online has arrived. Everyone opens an account online, but if you go to the bank for full KYC, then you will not do KYC. This bank has very poor service in this bank.
