I hope I could give them -ve star .They provide Extremely bad service .There should be a different alternative for that. The delivery person's behavior and their staff behavior are rediculous. They pretend to be so busy all the time that they don't even do their work in proper manner . Just hate their service . Inspite of having courier in the office ,they don't deliver the package , saying that they are on leave. Shame on them.

Very poor service, and behaviour of staff.nWay of talking and concern toward customer is very ridiculous.

Bluedart service is extremely bad...they don't deliver the orders on time..And their delivery agents are rude..they don't know how to talk to customers...i wish there could be an option of giving negative stars to this company...nnTo Bluedart company---a company like your's should be banned by the Govt.
