I visited this place on 08 October 2020 and bought plenty of clothes including 2 blazers and got it packed. When checked at home, one of the blazer has torn upper pocket, I clearly remember that they showed us the perfect piece but packed the defected one. Since I bought it for a ceremony and had to travel in a hurry out of Delhi, I could not have returned it and planned to get the defect corrected from local tailor, what annoyed me more that the blazer started deteriorating fast within a month. I feel cheated twice as I bought it for near about Rs 5000/-. I did not expect such cheap tricks of fooling customer and packing a defected piece from such a reputed brand. It was my first visit to any Van Heusen showroom and I am not turning up again to the brand.

Visited 04 Oct 2020 at about 11.45 AM. Male staff had to be repeatedly reminded and cautioned to wear mask properly and not gang it like a necklace. #facilitating COVID? Kindly check your CCTV footage.
