This chemist keeps genuine medicines as well as some small medical equipment.

He couldn't give 4 Rupees change even though he had it. Instead he insisted on selling me chewing gums/ lozenges, for that price.nI certainly don't appreciate that.nAlso he didn't give any discount on medicines.
