It is also a religious school. Masjid is surrounded by number of historical monuments. Outside masjid an unknown tomb is located about which no information is displayed. Masjid is located inside Mehrauli Archaeological Park.

Great place..it s the grand old mosque by waqf board. Amazing place ..also good facilities are provided. And some Students are also studying there. ..must visit

It's a grand old mosque run by waqf board.A madarsa is also run from premises of mosque around 25 students study there.I it's situated in isolated place and as per the knowledge I got from the imam of mosque ASI is trying to capture the land of mosque so it's my request to muslim community if you visit this area do pay your visit to this mosque.
