One of the worst cghs service provided here, extremely lazy staff and doctors, not willing to work. There internet is always down.. Senior citizens have to go nd sit for hours without the work being done. Very Rude and arrogant behaviour of Dr K. K. Devi. My mother was hospitalised and we had to get the recommended test countersigned by doctor from cghs.,firstly she said it needs to be in computerised format, with doctors seal.. We again went to the hospital nd got that done but she still did not recommend and said if you dnt like it here go to some other CGHS dispensary.. Ultimately we had to get it done from cghs Chanakyapuri..they are not at all patient centric just can harass ppl..

When you try to contact telephone of the Centre doesn't work. If it works nobody answer the call. Sometime you visit for specialist doctor you shall find Doctor is on leave and it waste time and money. Government employee pay for CGHS monthly but service so poor. It need to improve.

good hospitality for cghs beneficiaries. nice behavior. less crowd. get your token number from counter and then go to the room number mentioned in the slip and get treated. parking is open.

Was trying to give 0 but the option was not there....very RUDE staff . Does not have manners to speak with Senior Citizens
