Worst experience, I went there with paining eyes for conjunctivitis treatment in return they gave me just my eyesight number which I already had with no consultation, I m left with plight full situation with pain in eyes and whole day and money wasted without any treatment. Tomorrow I will visit some other hospital for same, Dr. Deepti from Venu doesn't even any courtesy for patients, whole staff is deaf and dumb. If u r in pain never go go to Venu .1 April 2021 invoice number 40/21-22

I visited the hospital to get my 3 year old daughter’s eye checked. In OPD I was asked to see dr Doma who sees kids. When I was asked to see the doctor my daughter got nervous and started crying besides doctor showing some patience within 5 seconds I was asked to take her out of the premises. Worst part is some other doctor came in and told the support staff to tell us to take her out. My question is to the doctors is don’t you have kids or every had kids who got nervous after seeing someone and cried?? If they do not have Patience to Handle small kids they should not take appointments for them and should clearly mention in the premises that kids below this age are not entertained!!! I would say really insensitive doctors who did not have patience even for 5 seconds. Not really sure how would they empathise with patients who are suffering. Really insensitive and they lack empathy for people who travel and waste time to come and visit them.

When I visited this hospital in 2014 they are just serving people at the cost of Rs 100, with very politely way.nNow I again visited this hospital on 21/01/2021 they are just money minded not give you full suggestion just focusing on money, not even able to give glass number in single appointment they just say every time you will visit hospital you have to pay Rs 500 even if you visited just another day.nnJust learn how medical facilities in our country became a gaurakh dandha....nPlease go any other hospital not at this place....nnWangchuk Doma is one of the wrost doctor till date I have met in my life.......
