This group of the hospitals has stake in Apollo Gleneagles Hospital and also some other hospitals in India. Nowhere on the web I found any system of lodging complaint against the hospital. They do not respond to the mails. If they have no effective complaint redressal system, I am sorry to say this group of hospitals are not trustworthy !
