The gym is poorly organised and not women exercise friendly. Mostly there is no music to accompany your exercising, if at all there is, you can not really access the cardio section as there is a class happening. In case you want to put the mat when the cardio section is not available; you really can't cause the equipment area has no place to cater a mat. it's a men friendly gym.
