I Lift has something to offer to all its customers. I mostly go for the group classes which are not only fun but also very diverse. They try to incorporate all needs by regularly offering something new to their customers. Great place ud83dudc4d plus points for it's location.

ILIFT has 'lifted' my fear of working out at a gym. Fantastic location with a humble staff. I attend the group classes here which are super fun and have helped me lose weight. They offer a variety of classes unlike a traditional gym. Each feedback is always addressed and constant motivation is what keeps me going.

ILift Fitness is an amazing place to meet all your fitness goals. The variety of workouts offered is great that never makes me feel bored of the same routine. The facility has a really good quality of trainers who use latest techniques to understand your specific issue and work accordingly. The owner is really humble and motivates you through the journey. To reduce weight and stay fit motivation and a healthy atmosphere is so important and ILift definitely provides it. Would highly recommend it to all the ones who have take a fitness resolution for 2020!

Located in the heart of Green park market this is One of the best gym in the vicinity. Energetic and helpful staff. Beautiful interiors add to the positive vibe of the place. With best in Class group classes this place has a lot to offer at a very competitive price point.
