We had brought sofa from furniturewalla MG road, but the seat in all of them settled within 15 days, and even after constant follow-up they have not come for repair. Both Rohit and Sachin are irresponsible persons and are only worried about selling the material. While selling the material they told us that the furniture is manufactured abroad and is of top most quality.nAfter following up for 2.5 months, rohit is saying that they cannot do anything for sofa sold 3 months.nNow, they are redirecting us to other vendors to get it repaired at our own cost.nNo after sales services and zero regard for the customer.nPlease don't buy from them, you will regret it forever.nWe have given them advance for a bed, but are not taking delivery for it, considering the service provided to us, we are ready to forfite the advance also.

Good looking furniture, however very short life ie 15-18 months on wood has termite problem and paint wearing off. We ordered around 35Lac+ Furniture for our apartment in M3M Golf Estate, Sector 65, Gurgaon from Furniturewala. Anjali+Rohit served us, however on first issue call after 18 months, they simply won't admit for any issue. Blame is on termite in the apartment which hopefully only started from their furniture. Bought Sofa, Bed, side tables, coffee tables. Regretting now. Also we happen to buy from IOTA(Delhi) a dining table, bedsite sittings. Absolutely Superb ++ Service after 24 months for marks, leather wearing off etc. Simply contact Kalpana(Iota). However for Furniturewala look for cheap deals, bargain hard before you buy, as its just won't last beyond 18/24 months. You will be forced to treat their stuff out else termite just gonna spread in whole apartment. Check pictures. Vaneet Gupta
