I have been buying my medicine from this store for over twenty years and am quite satisfied with my experience. It is a family run store and they are very polite and helpful. The young man is very knowledgeable and will suggest a different brand of a drug if the brand name of the drug prescribed by your doctor is unavailable. Many a time I've checked back about this with my doctors and he has been correct every time. They are even helpful enough to procure your medicine if it is unavailable at that time.nThey have a home delivery service that is good and you can pay by cash, card or Paytm as well. They also stock a variety of associated products.
HIGHLY UNRELIABLE - I ordered medicine to be delivered to my address which is a 200 metre walk from the store. The shop owner confirmed it will be delivered within an hour. Post 1 and a half hours I called and they said it will take another 45 minutes and if I'm in a rush I should come and collect it myself. Pls note : this is when there was no emergency of dropping the meds. After requesting saying that I needed this for my grandmother who is at home, they said they cannot deliver before another hour since its too sunny outside.nnI highly recommend fortis, religare and smarter chemist shops nearby. They are professional in their behaviour and do timely delivery.
