WORST PROPERTY IN DELHI!!!nnI TRULY REGRET BUYING A PROPERTY HEREnn1) Poor construction qualityn2) Extremely poor maintenancen3) Overpricedn4) Water leakage in apartmentsn5) Under bad managementnnPLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SALES PITCH SINCE THERE IS AN UGLY UNDERBELLY THEY WOULD NOT SHOW YOU!

FEEDBACK FROM A RESIDENT OF THE MOST NON LUXURIOUS APARTMENT IN DELHInnI have been staying in kings court for 2 years and I can easily say that there is NOTHING LUXURIOUS ABOUT this place!!nn1) The maintenance is POOR and OVERPRICED! The building has water seepage problem that has ruined most of the interior and exterior walls.nn2) The management is LAZY AND INCOMPETENT!nWe have some people who moved in the apartment above us and they have been renovating their place. This has lead to hammering and LOUD CONSTITUTION work at a DECIBEL LEVELS OF 90+ db!!!nn* The legal noise levels for residential areas is 45-55dbnnThis has effected me and my family mentally and physically. But the MANAGEMENT DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE since they are FOCUSED ON SELLING MORE APARTMENTS THAN TAKING CARE OF THE ONES THAT ARE ALREADY OCCUPIED!!nn3) A major incident : KINGS COURT DIDN'T PAY THE SECURITY GUARDSnnYes, DLF KING'S COURT DID NOT PAY THEIR SECURITY STAFF during the pandemic, while they were still charging us the monthly maintenance fees! Some of the security guards couldn't go home to see their families since they were not paid and were forced to work here. This lead to them going on strike and only once the residents got involved they tried to fix the issue!!nnI WOULD NEVER RECOM ANYONE TO BUY AN APARTMENT HERE SINCE ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND WE REGRET OUR DECISION!!nnI HAVE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TO BACK ALL THIS.
