This heliport is used by the officials only and not for public transportation.nOfficials means coast guard of Kavaratti Island.nWe are not allowed to go to the helipad but we can have a view just off the helipad. It is located just after the sea.nWe can have a beautiful view of well formed rocks and corals and amazing sunset.nAnd the sound of sea waves will make you fall in love with it.nYou will not regret even for a second.

Helipad gives you the glimpse of the whole island. There is a rough sea on one side and the lagoon on the other side. Beautiful rock formations during the low tide!

Lakshadweep islands-Scattered off the Keralan coast in the Arabian Sea, this chain of islands, atolls and reefs is about as idyllic as it gets. The isles are all coconut groves and sandy beaches with coral reef-edged shallow lagoons, rich in tropical fish. Out of the 36 islands, only 10 are inhabited and visitors can only stay on four.
