Had the most brilliant stay at this property - Loved everything, right from the rooms to the food. But most importantly, loved the management team of the hotel. My special thanks to everyone from the team, especially Mr Amit Pawarji, for going out of their way to help me out with some problems. 100% recommended.

Location is good. Staff is very good. Food quality needs improvement.

Stay was nice , specially Amit pandey was nice person, good service by him.

Stayed there for two days and frankly it was an average experience only think which pushed me to give 4* is due to Mr. Amit Shethi. From first call I made him from Dubai till my whole visit he was the only person i can say who knows all customer service or basic ethic. He tried to make me comfortable in the property and really thanks so much for him for doing that much efforts.nnNow about the stay or before booking experience. I was trying to book the hotel from app and it was kicking me out again and again. Then i called hotel reception had words with some guy he was hardly able to help me then gave me the number of Mr. Sethi to directly talk to him.nnAnd this was the first time i had words with him, he booked the room for me even i shared my flight timings with him as requested him for early check in and which was subject to availability he informed me though luckily I got it.nnDuring check in while i was doing some basic formalities staff didn't even ask for the glass of water, which was very basic thing then i checked in. In room there were no toiletries and when i asked the house keeping they said it will be chargeable. Ohh really are you a star property who's charging for the toiletries, though i spoke to reception and he provided.nnAbout breakfast both days had very limited options and which were also only south Indian breakfast with some cornflakes & toast . I don't know the reason behind it to only serving south Indian breakfast. Every time need to request to the staff to refill the stuff.nnA lot I would say need to work it on but yes you should thanks to Mr. Sethi who pushed me to rate 4* else for sure it wouldn't be more than 2*.nnThanks so much Mr. Sethi for providing such an amazing hospitality & for sure if you will be there will visit again to meet with you.

Very disappointing..At this point I was trying to book hotel directly from the front office but the person who pick my call I boy arnd 21:07 was eating food and disconnects the call . I guess they are very busy so better not to book it again
