My friend had sent a gift from Poland...nFirst, they charged for the customs which is 30,000/- and we paid it.nnSecond, they charged for Money Laundering Certificate as the parcel had pounds to clear the custom charges... The amount they asked was 98,000/- and we still paid it taking a debt from relative.nnThen, they asked for 1,00,000/- for UN Code Generation which will be used to keep her out of trouble as they pounds which were sent were in lacs here... Then too we paid it keeping some jewelry on mortgage saving us from future trouble... (And we did not receive the certificate for this)nnAnd then that person in the morning says that the package will be delivered in 2 hours... but after an hour when I ask him where is the package he says that we have to pay another 1,50,000/-. (And this is a complete bribe)nnThough they gave us the proof of the money but still they always come up with some or the other excuse to extract money... and also all the transactions we made were to personal accounts... not official accounts... this is highly pathetic...

The worst of the worse service you can ever receive. This office is basically run by bunch of lazy and incompetent workers who takes ages to do simple tasks. Never had this bad experience with any other office than this. They should rather shut down the business than harass and molest people. Wish I could give 0 star.

Zero star for India Customs. When the receiver have a Small Gifts from another country Customs make everything paper documents must be show the ( them) Customs to clearance. Why you need??? I never want fly to 400km to show you my ID to taken my gift. Never @@@. If this is your Gift no value you will fly 400km to see me ( Customs) and show everything paper for me to clear The Customs. You will do or not???? Crazy Customs. Idont believe what India what government

My worst experience ever . My brother from new zealand sent me clothes (used) not new as he is coming after a week and they said you have to pay 40000 rupees to release the parcel. The deputy commissioner their is totally corrupted man and he has no way to talk . Everything is total mess their . Parcel should be delivered at Amritsar but i have to take flight and go delhi to ask why they are not giving the parcel . But they don’t even listen. Fudddu govt fuuddu log fuddu customs . India mai koi kaam karwana ho toh bas paisa chadaaaao . I WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING
