The staff is very rude. First time I arrived there, they left even after I called and pre-informed them to wait for 2-3 minutes. They won't wait for you a single minute. And second time they told bus will arrive at 7:30 and it arrived at 8. First of all, they lie to the customer to make them sit and utilize the benefit of their misery. I could have taken another Bus service by that time. But they kept on saying, it will arrive in 5 mins and 5 mins. However, he definitely would have known that bus will arrive by 8.

Shiv Shakti is the key travel bus operator between Okha to Jamnagar and Rajkot. They have a frequent buses available and economical.

Please change evening time bus.. It's so uncomfortable... 180 rs ticket price is not worth for it... Overall it's all good service.. Pls change evening time bus....
