Staff behaviour is not good...just be careful while they pack ur things they will add extra or products which are are tried by number of people.... While selling they will be very good but while any problem or exchange they will just refuse...nOnce I visited jockey nd bought many things but by mistake the staff added one more item which was not taken by me.. and I was in hurry so I didn't check the bill and went home... But when I told them the very next morning they just refused to take it back.. and on the top of it they even changed the colour of what I selected... Nd complete refusal was given by the staff rudely.. don't every visit this jockey store.. I even bought one thermal which was used by someone but it is non returnable...ruthless staff... being regular customer they don't even take their mistake back.. pathetic service

If I could give zero star I would have given that... just check everything before u leave the jockey store becoz they do lot u mistakes while billing and don't agree afterwards.... I went there with my daughter and bought many things.. but the things were so many that I didn't notice that they have also added the items nd size which I cancelled while selecting.. and they also changed the color of what I selected... so the very next day I went to them for exchange nd wrong item given but the staff completely refused to accept their mistake nd said I don't know what color I choosed it is not his mistake that's it.. is this the way to talk to customers?? eating tobacoo in the mouth the person said it is beyond our policy...
